Please note!
The vouchers can only be redeemed for the animal encounters at Zoo or Aquarium Berlin (for the specified value). You can find a current overview of the animal encounters offered as well as information on booking options here. Please note that changes to the offer are possible. A voucher does not guarantee a booking of an encounter with a specific animal species (a booking is only possible depending on availability). Admission is not included. Each voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
After purchase you will receive the voucher by e-mail. Attention: When purchasing a voucher it is not possible to pay by another voucher.
A cash payment is excluded, remaining balance will be credited.
* The voucher has the current value of an animal encounter, which can be attended by two or four people. The exact number of people is selected during the booking process. Not every animal encounter can take place with four people (remaining balance will be credited). If prices are adjusted in the meantime, additional payments are possible.
