Experience the Zoo with all your senses - feel the fur of wild animals between your fingers, listen to the diverse sounds, and smell the unique scents of the Zoo's inhabitants. This tour is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Zoo Berlin in a special way - especially for people who cannot use all of their senses equally.
The sensory tours are individually tailored to the needs of each group by an experienced guide. Selected stations and sensory experiences create a barrier-free experience that sparks interest, connects people, and offers a new perspective on the Zoo.
Attention: The tour guide cannot guarantee the general support of disabled participants or the supervision of children. This responsibility lies with the accompanying adults (at least one accompanying adult is required).

After purchase, you will get tickets for your guided tour by e-mail (can be presented digitally). The tickets are only valid for the tour on the selected date.
Cancellation conditions for sensory tours:
- Up to 14 days before date: Free of charge
- Less than 14 days before date: Full tour price
- Cancellation contact: ticket@zoo-berlin.de
Please note that all tour participants also need regular day tickets (or annual passes) for Zoo Berlin. These can be booked directly here.
Per ticket, only the maximum number of people stated may participate in the tour. The tour is addressed exclusively to groups of children. For groups of adults there are separate sensory tours - here.
To ensure that sensory tours address as many different senses as possible, direct animal contact is scheduled at one tour stop. In addition, each tour is created according to the welfare of the animals as well as the internal processes daily. No individual requests can be considered. The tour takes place regardless of the weather and is always adapted to the respective weather conditions as best as possible. If it is necessary to protect animals and/or people (e.g. due to outbreak of disease), the direct animal contact may be omitted. In such a case, the duration of the tour will not be shortened.
* The number of people applies to all participants - including accompanying persons and adults. At least one accompanying adult is required.
