Please note!
This voucher can be redeemed for the stated value for day tickets and annual passes as well as for guided tours at Zoo, Aquarium and Tierpark Berlin (not in the restaurants or shops). The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase, rounded up to the end of the respective year. Attention: When purchasing a voucher it is not possible to pay by another voucher.
You will receive the voucher (incl. the greeting card) by postal dispatch after purchase. It will be shipped to the billing address you entered. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for processing.
A cash payment is excluded, remaining balance will be credited. Here you can check the remaining balance of your voucher.
