If you have been in the immediate vicinity of the FMD outbreak area within the past 10 days and/or have had contact with susceptible animal species (such as pigs, cattle, sheep, etc.), we kindly ask you to postpone your visit to the Zoo in order to protect our animals. This request specifically applies to the following postal code areas: 16356 (south-western area, especially Eiche, Eiche Süd, Mehrow), 15366 (north-western area, especially Hönow, Hönower Siedlung), 15345 (south-western area, especially Seeberg-Dorf, Seeberg-Siedlung), 12627, 12629, 12619, 12679, 12687, 12689. Please note!
After purchase, you will receive a pick-up receipt by e-mail. With this (can be presented digitally), your annual pass will be issued on your first visit. The validity of the annual pass begins on the date of purchase.
Annual passes cannot be issued for third parties and are not transferable. Annual passes for children can only be issued in the presence of at least one legal guardian.

Children under 12 years of age and any visitors who lack the necessary maturity or require permanent supervision due to a mental and/or physical condition must be accompanied and supervised on the premises at all times by an adult chaperone.
* Only valid in combination with a corresponding proof. The proof must be personalized, given a (valid) validity and issued by an official authority/institution (not digital). If necessary, please also show a photo ID. Visitors with a severe disability aged up to 15 receive free admission. The same applies to a person accompanying a severely disabled visitor with B/H note in ID (max. one accompanying person each).
